v1.26.12

This release is for the Nitrokey HSM 2 in all revisions. It was tested on the revisions 3, 5, and 6.
It only works with the new smartcard. Changes are based on the hsm-4 branch.

This release has no feature changes, other than the revision support. An update to devices running on HSM-4 RC1 is not required.

This release fixes the nethsm set-cluster-ca-certificate command and adds the --san/--no-san options for nethsm csr.
